Qualifications

  • Only services delivered are eligible for refunds; licenses, software, or costs associated with third parties are not.
  • Only fully paid for services will be eligible for refunds.

Refund Procedure

  • Cancellation: We will reimburse a prorated payment depending on the work accomplished if you cancel a project or service before it is finished.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: Please let us know within 15 days if you're not happy with our services. After conducting an investigation, we'll, if warranted, issue a refund or modify the services to live up to your expectations.
  • Error or Defect: We'll fix the problem and reimburse any associated expenses if we cannot provide services due to an error or defect.

Amount of Refund

  • The service agreement or contract will serve as the basis for calculating the refund amount.
  • After approval , refunds will be executed within 30 days.

Exclusivity

  • Services that have already been accepted and finished will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Costs associated with using software or services from third parties. Any expenses resulting from modifications to the specifications or project scope.
